Goods that are faulty can be returned or exchanged with matchlessgifts, within 14 days. Matchlessgifts will pay for the cost of returning the goods back to the customer. We are also ready for replacement of the product. Note that only those goods which have manufacturing defects are refundable or replaceable. 12. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.
The prices of the products displayed in our website is inclusive of all taxes. We wont charge anything other than shipping charges which will be clearly mentioned along with the product. There are no hidden costs.

14. What if you don’t deliver or deliver late?
The ‘Preferred Delivery Date’ is a facility provided by matchlessgifts to its users whereby you can specify the exact date on which you would like the gift to be delivered. We try to deliver on your specified date, but do not guarantee the same. If the order is placed well in advance of your preferred delivery date, there are very less chances of non-delivery or late delivery. In case of late delivery please let us know within one week and will revert within 1 working day. The shipping responsibility lies with the logistics company. We will re-deliver the product if it is lost in the transit.
15. What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there?
Matchlessgifts will inform you of such an eventuality if we are not able to reach you within 3 repeated attempts. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hours of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. All charges for the repeat delivery attempt at the corrected address will be collected from the consignee. But in no circumstances will the gift be changed, or in case of perishable commodities, will a fresh one be delivered.
